This gathering is a chance to come together in a meaningful moment for Adasina, as we deepen our firm’s leadership capacity in support of our transition to employee ownership. As we step into this next chapter, we’re inviting you to welcome Roberto Thornton to the role of Co-CEO alongside Adasina’s founding Co-CEO Rachel J. Robasciotti.

Together, Rachel and Roberto will reflect on this transition, what it makes possible, and how it expands our ability to build a financial system rooted in justice, care, and accountability.
