Allison is an experienced communications professional and passionate writer. In her role as Communications Specialist at Adasina, she provides critical marketing and editorial copywriting support to advance Adasina’s industry leadership on social justice investing.

Allison began her career at Constructive in her native New York, where she helped nonprofits develop content marketing and digital strategies. She went on to work as Senior Strategist at Siegel+Gale, partnering directly with Fortune500 companies to craft compelling brand messaging. More recently, she co-founded Verve Strategy, an independent brand and communications consultancy.

Throughout her career, she’s been driven by the belief that every word matters. Much of this belief stems from her academic background in international affairs at Northeastern University, where she learned about the power of narrative and storytelling through the lens of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Outside of work, Allison is always finding new hobbies and ways to spend her time in sunny Santa Monica, California. These days, you’ll find her attempting to surf, collecting sea glass, writing and reading poetry, and/or trying to tire out her always-alert Mini Australian Shepherd, Harley. She’s an active member of her local Surfrider chapter, helping clean LA beaches whenever she gets the chance, and regularly joins local advocacy events hosted by Black Lives Matter and Jewish Voice for Peace.
