Cassidy brings her experience in the investment industry and a passion for social justice to her role as Chief of Staff of Adasina’s CEO Office. In her role, Cassidy plans, directs, and performs managerial, administrative, financial, and operational activities on behalf of the Co-Chief Executive Officers. She also frequently represents the CO-CEO’s and is responsible for managing CEO Office communications.

Her dedication to social justice inspired Cassidy to pursue a degree in social work and a career in education, where she supported families and children in identifying needs and resources to overcome obstacles. In 2009, Cassidy transitioned into the investment industry, where she managed and helped scale an independent wealth management firm for over a decade. Now, as Chief of Staff, she is honored to work alongside the brilliant and passionate team that is Adasina.

Outside of work, Cassidy is proud to volunteer with local art programs, explore nature, try new restaurants, and spend time with her two adult daughters, family, and friends in the Pacific Northwest.
